I have always loved a good team competition…working together, winning/loosing, snacks!!  I will never forget being in the 7th grade at SRVCA and the AD saying that he needed a girls basketball team next year because the current team was graduating…well sign me up!  Our ragtag team of 6 practiced outside in the parking lot and lost more than we won, but we learned the game, worked together, and made memories.  Through it all we continued to love Jesus and love each other.

Over the years, I had the opportunity to be part of several Christian school athletic teams as a softball and basketball player in high school and then as a student athletic trainer for several teams in college.  Some of the teams had championship seasons and others barely squeaked out a couple wins, but the common thread was bringing glory to Christ and that individual character counts.

As the Athletic Director at San Ramon Valley Christian Academy, I desire that our student athletes stand out among their peers for being encouragers, hard workers, and others focused.  Working hard in practice, playing with excellence during games, and shaking our opponents hand, win or lost, is the backbone of our athletic program.  It is my honor to come alongside our students and encourage them as athletes, honing their skills, developing their character, and creating memories and experiences they will remember for a lifetime.

Love Jesus, Love Others…Play Hard!

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Against such things there is no law.”
