RE-ENROLLMENT 2006-2007

It's that time of the year again! We look forward to having your child(ren) at the Academy next year.

Our re-enrollment process begins on Wednesday, March 15 and ends on Thursday, April 6. This year, it is important to understand that this re-enrollment process is not merely an intent to return but rather a firm commitment to re-enroll. Your firm commitment will assist us in coordinating class schedules, staffing requirements, ordering sufficient curriculum, and help us provide a Christian education to as many students as we can.

•  Each student who is currently enrolled at the Academy (who is not on academic probation and has no outstanding financial balances), will be eligible to re-enroll through April 6, 2006.

•  This year, the re-enrollment fee will be equal to one month's tuition plus $100.00 per student. For kindergarten through fifth grade, the re-enrollment fee is $700 per student. For sixth through eighth grade, the re-enrollment fee is $750 per student. The tuition portion of the re-enrollment fee will be credited toward the August tuition payment. To help ensure the commitments are firm, the re-enrollment fee is non-refundable. We realize this is a large fee, but summer withdrawals often prohibit us from filling the resulting vacancy, and we do not want to deny other interested students the opportunity to attend the Academy.

•  Because we currently have a waiting list and a limit on our enrollment, there is the possibility that SRVCA students who plan to return next year but who do not re-enroll by the April 6 deadline will not be guaranteed placement at the Academy next year.

•  Current students re-enrolling after April 6 will be reclassified and placed on the waiting list according to the date that their application is received in the office.

Attached is a re-enrollment packet that each family will need to complete and return by April 6. Annual tuition is payable on August 1 and for the first time can also be paid by credit card (no discount will be offered due to the high cost of credit card fees). The annual payment discount will not be honored after August 15. Monthly tuition is payable September 1, 2006 - May 1, 2007 and is due on the first of each month. A $25.00 late charge will be accessed if payment is not received by the 15 th of the month.

For those families who would like to request financial aid, limited funds are available. Applications are available in the school office.
